At 17 years old in 2019, he retires from sport to dedicate himself to his breeding career.

ARMITAGES BOY is a very modern stallion perfectly combining type and power. Compact with powerful hindquarters, he has always displayed  top sport horse qualities while competing : blood, balance, speed, excellent hindleg style... not forgetting his legendary powerful push off. He passes on cleverness, carefulness and strength to his offspring and is best bred to mares with a well-bound or even stiff top line. Regarding the size, the dam seems to take over most of times. 

ARMITAGES BOY's oldest products are turning 10 this year and they all seem to have inherited his top sport qualities, notably his strength and his carefulness. Several of his sons have been licensed and 36% of his French progeny has a showjumping index well above average.

- ERMITAGE D’ARGOUGES, CSI2* GP 1,45m winner with P. DEVOS
- FUNKY BOY DES SAULES, placed in CSI 2* with R. COCK and came 2^nd in the Dinard GP 1*
- HIPPY BOY D'AZUR, licensed stallion, incredibly regular during his 5yo season, achieving 100% of clear rounds and Normandy Reserve Champion before placing in the French YH Championship at 5. He also qualifies for the Championship as a 6 years old.
- FESTIVAL D'ARGOUGES, licensed stallion, qualified for French YH Championship at 4 and 5yo. Subsequently, the Royal Moroccan Federation bought him for A. OUADDAR with whom he places in CSI 1,45m, including 8^th place in the GP for 8yo during Chantilly CSI
- ORIGI VD BISSCHOP, placed GP 1,45m in Italy
- FLYNN D'EMM, rankings in CSI YH 1,40m GP and CSI 2*
- PRETTY GIRL DE LAUZELLE, very regular in CSI YH with R. HEMERYCK, notably 3^rd of 1,35m GP at Nancy CSI YH and 6^th in a 1,40m class in Bonheiden

Considering the very youngest ones, 3 sons of ARMITAGES BOY out of his significant first crop born in France got licensed during the French 2yo Stallion Championship : KEN DELAUMONE, also winner of the Normandy Qualifier, KILL BILL DES PARTS and KOTTON CLUB.
In 2021, LHERITAGE BOY took 3^rd place during French Foal Championship for older colts scoring 17,75 points (from 20). In 2023, LAZULLI TAME is licensed, being 8^th in the French 2yo Stallion Championship. KRAZY LOVE DTR came 6^th  in the French 3yo Sport Championship with high marks for freejumping.
